As a blogger you need to make your visitors stay on your blog for long. This may be only possible if you may provide them with details of other posts on your blog. As a blogger your main aim must be to provide relevant content to your readers and in large volumes.

As soon as your reader has finished reading your post, you must provide him with link to other posts which are similar to the post. You may also include some of your posts which may help you readers to boost their financial status without investing too much. The longer a reader stays on your blog, better chance you have to make one of your ads being clicked. If you are an affiliate marketer then it may help you get more sign ups and more sign ups mean more money.

There are two ways to make your readers stay on your blog and browse through your archives. Provide related posts immediately after your blog posts which is the option most widely used by bloggers. Other option includes showing important or most effective log posts in your sidebar above the fold. Therefore if a reader arrives to your blog and doesn’t find the information he is looking for then at least he may have the option to surf through your popular posts instead of jumping to other blog for the required information.

This kind of inter linking is not only helpful for boosting your page views, it is useful to make your older blog posts easily accessible to your readers. SEO experts consider it a good practice if you can link to your older blog posts from your home page. This helps distribute your page rank evenly among your blog posts. Thus you must find ways to link to popular stories and posts from your home page and other pages as well.
